New to the Rockstar Energy Racing Suzuki Team in 2011, New Mexico’s Jason Anderson will be continuing with the team for the 2012 Supercross and Motocross seasons. In 2010, made his professional motocross debut. It turned out to be a great learning year. With the support of the team and his trainer, Jason has high expectations for the coming year
Rider Name: Jason Anderson
Rider Nickname: None Number: 44 Resides: Edgewood, NM First dirt bike: KTM 50
Age started racing: 7 Inspiration: Ricky Carmichael Hometown:Edgewood, NM Height:5’11”
Weight:160 For a while it seemed like New Mexico was the best place to live if you wanted to be a pro motocross racer. Ivan Tedesco, Justin Buckelew, the Johnson clan, Ryan Clark and a few others were all breaking into the sport at once. And then the state went dry… until recently. Jason Anderson considered making his pro debut in 2010 but decided to wait for the right opportunity to present itself. It was a wise decision as the Rockstar Suzuki team picked him up for this year. |
