During his rookie year, he was able to get four podium finishes, a win at St. Louis Supercross. During 2011 season, Blake suffered with shoulder problems throughout the year and therefore had to take the Outdoor National Season off to take care of the injuries. In 2012 he was able to finish 3rd overall in East Coast Lites, including a win in Indianapolis. With the support of the team, Blake has high expectations for the coming year. "You learn so much every time out," Wharton said. "I've been working really hard on some great things, practicing a lot, working on my speed and endurance too. I know whenever we show up to a race it's going to be game on and I want to show up ready."
