Well, it is full on winter here in Steamboat now. We awoke this morning to only a few inches in here in town. Up on Buff Pass however was a different story. We unloaded the sleds to about 8 inches of fresh in the parking lot, which was pretty nice. This however was nothing to what was in store for us. At the top of Buff there was a good 2 plus feet of fresh. There will be a full post on Snowboard Mag tomorrow and a link back up here in the morning. For now, I will leave you with this shot of Scott Loeppert.

Rolled out to Steamboat Springs for Thanksgiving. They had there opening day on Wed. They were able to open up a mini park and all with minimal snow. Then all of a sudden on Turkey Day, bam… we are getting hammered with snow.. Hoping on making a sled mission tomorrow… Stay tuned for some shots… Here is a little pic of some friends up at the top of the Boat. Misty style…

I just made a stop by one of the finest shred shops in the Nation. Milo Sport in Sandy, UT. If anyone is in the need of some quality goods make a stop by and ask for Shop Manager Josh Roberts or the owner Cal. good shop, great selection, and a wonderful atmosphere.

Over the last few days, a lot has been said regarding this incident. There has been a lot of nay-saying and blogs with people quick to jump on the bandwagon calling out this incident as an “Hawaiian Tactical Maneuver” and ultimately sprouting personal attacks on Coco, which i find really sad considering that she and the rest of her family are some of the coolest people i’ve ever met

This is a statement released last night from the ASP, which outlines exactly what this situation involved. A simple mistake.

I was just checking out Snow Rev and came across a little video from the Bone Zone. The Bone Zone is a secret, or not so secret area in the back woods of Utah where a bundle of SLC kids have built all sorts of jibs. Check out this video featuring Dragon shreds, Chris Grenier and Sean Black… Neither of which are wearing goggles… looks like no incentives for them.. hahahaha
