Danny Davis still knows how to handle in the pipe despite a few months on the injured list.Grenade Games has long been the place for on-hill debauchery and free flowing good times, and Grenade Games 9 at Mammoth was no exception. Every year, Shane Dorian, Reef McIntosh and Keala Kennelly catch a lot of big waves, the ones that us mere mortals wouldn't even consider touching. Lucky for them, they are recognized for the size of their...waves, and honored at the Billabong XXL Awards. We suspected Shane would clean up for his performance at Jaws, and he did, taking home a check for Tube of the Year and Ride of the Year. Saturday night marked the finial round of the 2013 AMA Supercross Championship in front of a sold crowd at Sam Boyd Stadium in Las Vegas, NV. Davi Millsaps wrapped up the season with a 3rd place podium finish and locking down 2nd place in the overall beating out Ryan Dungey by a single point. Millsaps dream season included, two 1st, five 2nd’s and five 3rdplace finishes for a total of 11 main event podiums and 8 heat race wins. [ more ]

Rockstar Energy Racing Jason Anderson grabbed the first win of his pro career Saturday night in Salt Lake City, UT.  Anderson who looked strong in practice all day kicked off the night show with a 2nd in his heat race. In the 250 main Anderson had a 3rd place start before making the pass on Osborne in lap 2 for the lead where he would end up 14 laps later and a trip to the top of the box on the podium.   [ more ]
